Dear all,

Just to let you know club tickets have now been emailed out. Can't see a club map yet but I'm out so will look properly when I'm home.

No club map yet & not able to download the tickets/passes to check they are correct.

Same here, Vicki Keeble hasn’t even got hers yet so guess they are having a few issues.

Mark beat me to it mentioning about the download issue and as I had previously mentioned to him that it's probably a server issue which I guess is due to the shear volume of people trying to download their tickets .

Yep, I’m getting 504 Gateway Timed-out, and that’s 0955 on a weekday, seems a bloody shambles, no problem last year.

Same, had this reply from them:

“Thank you for getting in touch.

We understand that you are having an issue downloading your club passes and tickets. We are currently speaking to our ticketing company to get this problem resolved as quickly as possible. We will resend the email for you to download your passes and tickets as soon as this has been remedied.

Thank you for your patience.

Kind regards,

Ford Fair Team”

Someone on the Fiesta Red and Black Edition OC said they are being resent Monday, but they said that last night so not sure. I have asked who told them that but not had a reply.

Someone on the Fiesta Red and Black Edition OC said they are being resent Monday, but they said that last night so not sure. I have asked who told them that but not had a reply.

If I can’t download them before the event, I will seek redress from them, what a shambles!

You’ll get them, it isn’t just you, most people can’t download them at the moment, just a lucky few.

Keep trying, I have just downloaded mine.

We are in T5 this year which is great, over the bridge. No club map yet though to see exactly where we are.

You won’t need to go over the bridge, we go in through the tunnel this year.

As Mark says, you follow the lane for T. Normally the left lane as it turns off before the entrance you are used too.
