These were originally standard Richbrook sill protectors from ESP Design that I bought ages ago. However, they simply consisted of a plain stainless plate with a poorly etched TDCi logo in the centre.....looked like cr*p...

So, I got a local engraving shop (that I use regularly) to machine out the text and fill it with paint and also engrave the three black lines you see on each side of the text. Looks so much better IMHO...

Got my car washed this morning so I figured I take a picture while it was still clean and the sun was shining.

Mine when i had my 18's on, not great pics, but rollin' on my 14" steels with duluxe wheel trims. Not sure if getting new alloys as after a mk2 tdci.

It's a 2000 TDDi, brought it 3 years into its life with just 30k and fsh. 6 years old now with 72k on the clock and hasn't cost a penny other than the usuall servicing.

Thanks for looking.

2002 (02) CL TDdi Estate.
New 17" alloys replaced the standard 15" wheels, makes all the difference to the look of the car.
Nothing more planned.
