i just fitted some Vredstein Quatrac 3 all season tyres with c rating and much better than the conti's in the cold

also remember tyres need wearing in for the first few hundred mile

I had falken azensis fk453 which appear as a budget tyre on most internet searches but demon tweeks sell them as performance tyres. And they do grip really well in wet and dry only £70 odd quid a tyre the downside they don't last long 6 months if your lucky.

So an update i am now running toyo proxes t1r good in wet and dry and at £75 per tyre fitted a good price plus got 14000 odd miles out of them. That beats michelin performance hp, michelin pilot sport 4 and falken azensis.
