Sync / Radio Hu Going Funny

Sorry about the topic, couldn't think of anyway to explain it :)

Also, when trying to play music via Bluetooth Audio - tracks play fine but when you try and skip a track if fast forwards the track and you can hear it going really fast then it'll continue doing that over all the tracks until you stop/start it via the phone.

I've tried applying the master reset option but selecting anything is just impossible. It is booked in next week to see if they can reset it via their computer if not apparently I need a new HU..

Any ideas of anything I can try in the meantime?

to me it looks like a sticking button problem

There doesn't seem to be a particular button though. If I get in the car with bt audio last on and it'll resume where it left off. If I press the menu button it'll do as in the video. If I press next track on the steering wheel it has the effect mentioned above. However pressing next track on the centre console skips to the next track most of time without issue but does occasionally do as above.

Software issue I think.
