  1. Ha ha, I like your style mate...lol Well im looking forward to getting them in as I hate green!
  2. Ha ha yeah. Im worried though as the dude at Ford said you can pretty much scrap the car if the immobiliser data is lost or corrupted
  3. I thought that, Fancy John managing to get he's dials done before the guy won some lotto thing. John, what you doing with all your blue switches? Did you ST have Detac?
  4. If you have paid 700 pound for the clocks they would be brand new and can be programmed to your car by ford no problem. Its second hand one's that cant be reprogrammed as they have been programmed to match the ignition and ecu etc of another car.
  5. If you remove the carpet on the drivers side of the boot, if you have the 12v socket you will see an orange wire taped in the loom there. I think its only +ve though so you need to add a earth in either the same size wire or the next size up.
  6. Dont just fit a switch to the airbag one as you will create a airbag system fault, you have to have the module programed aswell as the key switch in the glove box.
  7. Mine has just passed an MOT with ford xenons retro fitted which has left the in car adjuster useless.
  8. Ford one's are cheaper than Halford Bosch one's and do the job just fine, plus they have the little exposure circle on them.
  9. IIf you have global closing, with your windows down, lock then deadlock the car then hold down the lock button, if you have it the windows will go up!! Hold the unlock button and they will go back down!
  10. It can be but you have to remove your dash, change the dash loom, fit a new heater box and all the associated parts like sun light sensor etc. Really not worth it. I believe its harder to do on the mk2 than it is was on the mk1 aswell.
  11. Its under the nearside post and a to remove it its a good tug, it will have three serated plastic clips holding it in. Be prepared to break one though as ford plastics are cack.
  12. Your meant to press it twice arnt you? All my Ford Focuses have only opened with two quick clicks of the boot release button.
  13. The wheel arch liner is held on by around 5 torx bolts so its pretty easy to remove, you will have two hidden at the front of the arch but on the underside, behind the bumper if you like. :-)
  14. Why dont you get a flexible necked funnel? Simples :-)
  15. It kind of varies dealer to dealer mate, I would of said a minimum charge of an hours labour, about £65. I think if people have the correct software and a laptop it can be done without a trip to ford aswell.
