As lond as its perfect, standing around for that time it might need an oil change and check all the panels as it may have some marks on there. I have heard about missing cars before it can happen. PS take someone with you to look over it as well just incase you miss anything, :D

Its a shame that they do drop so much, I think the hipe of last year when the Mk2 came out kept the price high on them for a bit, as more cars came through the system they just flooded the market. :cry:

I have tested this idea before. On my first few new cars I have been very careful with them and over time they havent had any problems. The last 2 others I have had I just drove them normally accounting for the new brakes etc, and they have been excellent.... So I really, really don't think it makes a difference.

Still think its a case of chinese whispers, I have lost count the amount of people whos "family/friend" works at ford etc and knows this that and the RS being made etc... If there is a meeting hopefully more will become clear... :D

Wow that does sound good, I never keep my car's to the end of the finance, I normally invoke the "chuck it back" claus in the finance doc's. :D This is normally half the peroid of the loan. Never had a problem yet. :D
