  1. Hi, I had the same problem after mine went into the Ford Dealer for a rattle on the dashboard. The rear speaker wire had not been connected. You do not get the fader control until they are connected.
  2. Hi, I have a 2.0TDCI Ghia and very pleased with it apart from the normal niggle faults that everyone else has mentioned. However on Sunday the engine warning lamp came on and stayed on, so I took it to the garage on monday. They run some checks and said they were in discussions with Ford! Not good I thought! It eventually turned out to be the Turbo needs replacing. I was surprissed given I had not noticed a dip on performance. Has anyone else had this problem? At least under warranty which is up in September, I may decide to take out the extended one at the end of that period. Reg

  4. Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help. I have a 2.0 TDCI Ghia that has done about 30,000 miles on an 54 plate. I have done around 2000 miles or so with only the odd little problem. However today I went down to the dump around 2 miles or so and stopped the car to throw the rubbish away. When I got back car a minute or so later, the car started as usual first time. I moved away fine had gone no more than 200 yards or so when total loss of power. the car was still idling but pressing the accelerator had no real effect as the car would not go over 1000 revs. I turned off and on again a few t
