ut, ahh not a good plan. The water needs to be consistant as is the same with two pulling forces working at once, in oposite directions, + the water just runs everywhere including dripping on to unsuspecting feet. OUCH!!!! The kettle runs out too quickly before i can manage to pull the thing apart. Unlesss Gandalf, you could brief us on this correct proceedure. good idea though and i do agree with the water/heat method. just don't work on this scale.

myself and GazzNWW are looking where we might find a garage or someone who could do this for us as the blasted things are really sealed tight. Obviously to stop water ingress. We understand that we need to soften the sealant and what you need to do for this, recomended by LUMENUX, is to put em in a big enough oven: Pre- Heated to 80 centigrade for 15 minutes. Unfortunately for me, my oven isn't big enough and i don't have enough confidence in my cooking skills anyway and as such need to look at other avenues. I have the headlight switch with Auto. it also has a dimming feature for inside the car and the leveler adjusment.

Am i right in saying that the brakes on a TDCI are designed for a heavier engined car and thus if i was to put the ST brakes on, they'd wear more quickly and be expensive to keep replacing?

Turns out that the caps on the headlight washers are wrong and dont quite sit straight. The windscrean washers on my car are heated.

Jamz, What did you mean in the other section about us having the wrong washer jets? Im confused.

Same fitments. There would be no reason for ford to change that.

Hi, peeps... Question about 2.5 What is a Ford Focus MK2.5 Style and what does it come with compared to others in the range? Also, with LX being Bottom and Titanium, and ST at the top, where does Style sit in the range? A guy has got one at work and from a distance i thought it was a titanium but he said it was a style. I really like it, but if i had it, i'd personally re-spray it in my own colour to fit in with the colour coding i have already done. It's all about that FOCUS written on it for me. THE MORE I THINK ABOUT IT, THE MORE I LIKE IT. I might get is and colour code it to the colour of my car and at night when the lights are on, i'll get the sameish blue light as my colour, and the door sills i am getting too.

Oh, yea they done my car as they should have done, but it is rather strange and over the years with various ford models, i have noticed that you can have 6 Zetec or other and they will not be the same. Even the standard stereo can be different. My old MK2 Zetec had a smooth volume control knob in the middle and centered, standard text in the LCD display. My Ex's Zetec of the same year colour and milage was even almost the same, had little dods all around the volume control knob, with large BOLD text in the LCD. Glad i got my TITA now with the Sony 6disk

Yea... Can't quite work it out myself. When ford did some work and looked my car up on the Ford Ecat system, they typed in my reg number and it came up as Focus C-MAX.
