Hi I am trying to get my Door Seals fixedon my Cmax. You seem to know what you are talking about. My dealer ship dosent. Is there a TSB Number? Is there a step by step guide to repairing it? Thanks

I have got a similar problem with my clutch. When it reaches the bitting point it makes a creaking noise, then when I depress the clutch to go into 2nd gear it does it again!. It's been to 4 dealers all in the Essex area, none of them can fix it. Any ideas anyone?? What's odd is that it started in February, when I had the front tyre changed? Could that just be a coincidence or could something have been distrurbed. My feeling is it is suspension related? Also cars going in again for creaky seats (new seat bases) and rattling child observation mirror console and of course despite paying £75

My 1.8 Petrol CMAX has started to develop a really annoying creak/squel when pulling away. It seems to occur when the clutch is almost all the way up, and when pulling away. Having said that the noise way also apparent at the weekend when going very slowly when the clutch was not being used. Any ideas. My CMAX drives me up the wall, never had a car with som many squeeks, creaks rattles etc! Help.

Many thanks. Sounds fairly straightforward for the CMAX? One other thing. I understand its possible to plug an ipod into the Sony CD via the glove box? Does anyone know anything on this. ie where to ge the connector, difficulty of fitting etc?

Hi I am about to look to replace my standard CD player with the Sony one. I understand that the model I need is the 214-CD6? Is it just a case of removing the old one, plugging the wiring into the new one and that's it plus the code of course. Or will it cause a problem with the Computer / Electrics. If someone could advise I'd be very grateful Thanks

My seats in my CMAX are creaking and driving me mad. Its noticable when breaking (the seat tips forward) and also when going around corners. The driver seat is the main offender but the passenger seat does it to. Has any one else had this issue and can anyone advise how to fix it. I've sprayed WD40 underneath etc but no joy. Thanks
