  1. Changed my mirror indicators from basic amber ones to LED ones.
  2. What kind of phone are you using Obasa? I think that may have something to do with how it's not working as it should on Bryan's
  3. I found out that it doesn't like drinking water  Went through a flooded part of the motorway, car cut out, but got it going again. Handed it into Ford as the clutch was shaking, they told me it wasn't bad enough and was advised to let it worsen, so it did, blew up on the motoway and now I need a new engine, but they don't have any in stock anywhere so just need to be patient.
  4. Fellow Ti-VCT owners, please don't break your engines! I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a replacement :( and need to suffer the embarrassment of driving a Fiesta Style 1.25
  5. Ford said they had fixed it, but guess what, it broke again  I never use it, managed to bang it down again and it stayed down. If your car is still under warranty then it will be fixed, not sure about if it's not mate. More than likely they will charge you.
  6. I think I remember seeing a car on here that had replaced the drums for discs, he had to buy brake lines and stuff so I think it does take a lot of know-how to do it. Checked the How To section didn't see anything i'm afraid.
  7. Only thing I don't like about Aussies is they don't seem to like hatchbacks that much :( When I was over, it was mostly saloons, and very few of the XR5's (ST)
  8. What YorkshirePudding said mate. You'd need to get it to fit the hole in your dash using an adapter. You can buy them off eBay, the headunit that is. Best to try Ford for the adapter or ask Tezza on here :D
  9. Could be the seals around the door, have you had a look there yet? See if there's any damage?
  10. I have the occasional problem selecting reverse gear, but when I deselect, then select the clutch, it goes in with no problems. Sounds like your having a more annoying problem though, hope Ford finds out what it is, might just be something simple like the clutch cable needing to be adjusted.
  11. You should ask the garage to road test it for you to see if they can hear it and try and fix it mate.
  12. Didn't know I needed this kit  Need to buy a set at some point.
  13. Hmmm, looks good, might consider doing that to mine at some point :D
  14. Mine came on a good while ago. Everytime I handed it into Ford to get checked out on the computer, it would go out  When it did decide to stay on  it turned out to be the coil pack so if your car runs on petrol then maybe mention this to inchcape when you hand it in.
  15. All you should need to do is press ON, then SET+ If nothing happens, and your over thr 25MPH then you must have a fault with your cruise control system. I've got it in my car and thats the procedure I follow to turn it on and I've had the car for over a year. I'm not sure of a way to reset it, but maybe someone on here knows, but if not, I'd just take it back to the dealer to get checked out.
