  1. RTV, I cant find this in the MOT regulations, where have you got this info from?
  2. Thanks RTV, I will check on the MOT Reg on that. The C-Max 2.0 Diesel, Carbon Emissions is 154 g/km
  3. Can someone help please, where the heck do I get a chrome Exhaust trim for my 2.0 TDCi C-Max, like most the diesel the tail pipe is pointing down at about 45 degree angle, they do sell on line diesel chrome Exhaust trim, which are called drop down tail trims, but the max size of Exhaust end is 57mm, the 2.0 TDCi tail pipe is 60mm. Anybody got any info where I can get one to fit the 2.0 TDCi C-Max and rough price, Thanks.
  4. That’s what I thought physik, But if you went to the dealer for a replacement wheel he would sell you a 6.5J x 17" multi-spoke alloy, I went down to the compound today to see if I could see my car but they have 2 compounds so it could be in the other one, or they could be getting the car ready for me to pick it up. When I get it I will tell you.
  5. I am picking my Facelift C-Max 2.0 6 speed Manual Titanium from my dealer within 2 weeks but something has come up with regards to the Titanium Multi-spoke alloys. The info I got from the dealer is saying that the Multi-spoke alloys are 6.5J x 17 with 205/50 x17, but the Ford UK website on the C-Max Titanium spec. under wheels are saying that the Titanium comes with Multi-spoke alloys, x 17 with 205/50 x17. Who is right :?: The Ford UK Website with the C-Max Titanium specification, or the dealer on there Ecat. If someone has already got the Facelift C-Max Titanium, could they tell me what
  6. It’s ok C-MaxTowBoy, I got the same problem with my dealer, none of the courtesy car vehicles in my dealership are auto, but they have 2 auto's in there bodyshop side, if they cant scrounge one from them, they rent a auto from there vehicle hire dept :) . Mark
  7. Hi P, sorry to here about your problem. Have you another Kwick Fit in your area, as they are not all the same. Re your vibration, call up Motability and tell them that you know the tyres are near the limit but you could be doing other damage to the bearing & track rod ends etc. I take my Motability car to the dealer for tracking so try that that. Also I have a galaxy at the mo, waiting for my new C-Max, my galaxy wears the outside edge of the tyre which would suggest that the track is toeing in to much but its spot on my problem is I turn around in a hard lock in my cul de sac and then rev
  8. Just bought Millers Diesel Power Sport 4 in a 5 Litre bottle for £ 59.99 inc VAT and free delivery (this is cheaper than you can buy it from Millers online), works out at just under £6.00 500ml bottle  . Its a better way to buy it and it works out a lot cheaper. Mark
  9. I have always used Millers Diesel Power Plus in my fords but have just found on the Millers Oil web site they do another better Diesel fuel additive called Millers Diesel Power Sport 4 http://www.millersoils.net/1_Millers_fr ... RETAIL.htm . I am waiting for my new C-Max 2.0i 16v TDCI to be delivered next month, what I need to know is on the Millers Oil site it goes on about, the Millers Diesel Power Sport 4 is recommended especially for “modern Euro IV compliant vehicles with catalytic converters and diesel particulate filtersâ€
  10. I am on my 3 rd New Galaxy, but need to down size, so within the next week I am going into order my new C-max Titanium Diesel 2.0 manual, but the only thing holding me back is the C-max Diesel fuel consumption. All my Galaxy’s were 1.9tdi Auto’s and I was knocking the C-Max Diesel fuel consumption to bits, what I cant understand is the Galaxy is a bigger and heaver car but you can still get better fuel consumption from it. The one thing I have been told is the Computer on the C-Max is an extra toy which doesn’t give you the proper fuel figures, so are the figures everyone is going on abo
  11. This must be the Pre View Brochure, I been in touch with Ford and have been told that the New C-Max Brochure went to print last Wed, so I hope the one I have is not full Brochure as you said there is hardly no detail about the car. I also was told that Ford will send me a New C-Max Brochure, so let’s see what comes
  12. The New C-Max is in the showrooms now in Plymouth and I got the new C-Max Brochure yesterday. How about this, the old C-Max Ghia had Cruise Control as standard, on the Titanium they have dropped it, you now have to pay 200 pound as a option. A customer picked up the first New C-Max last Thursday im Plymouth.
