Hi I am a Turkish member of this forum since 2004, have not been around for ages..I think i have to post this message ...If this is a known product or its not a genuine FORD part, I do apologize.. In Turkey, dealers charge £45 for a set of BOSCH aerotwin wipers (952S). Some people bought aerotwin refills at EBay... I have found this product at a FORD parts shop..They have both BOSCH aerotwin wipers (same price with dealers) and these FORD Premium sets..Seller told this is a geniune FORD product having FORD partcode..These wipers are identical with BOSCH(perfectly fits and the blade design

1.6 TDCi (2004) ghia.. What i dislike is - all the rattles, niggles, creaks etc. - wind noise from window and door seals on high speed - still oil condensation in the engine compartment after replacing hoses, MAF sensor and turbo pipe.. - diminished visibility of driver side . I was almost hitting some dark dressed pedestrians in a couple of instances at nights. - that flat spot - easily stained beige trim. - low build quality What i like - the kind and helpful people of ford forums (national and UK forums) that i never found in other brand forums before :) - performance - eco

i am having this on my 1.6 tdci as well.. I press the AC button and bring the A/C to the Eco mode, especially at hill starts and overtaking maneovurs . In this mode AC compressor is off and does not STEAL power from engine but it still blows cold weather for a couple of seconds. After start , i press the same button and get the AC on.

In Turkey, dealers put Mobil Delvac 10W-30 diesel engine oil to 1.6 tdci engines. Post 2005- august built cars: Change period is 10K miles or 1 year (which comes first). Pre 2005- August cars: 10K miles or 6 months (which comes first).

Thanks for the info Mastertech :) As Mastertech said, that steel pipe is leaking or something and need to be changed under warranty and guess what ? They dont have it in stock as always . So im gonna drive the car with that broken pipe for a week, they have ordered it and another item (broken bumper's bottom plastic cover) new parts will come next week. So i'll go service once again.. Thanks for the advice ;) I went to the dealer this morning, they said turbo oil o-ring would be broken so the oil sprayed there. May cause a turbo damage (low probability). They have to perform a detailed check. Air filter is not the cause, in conrtrary it is the effected part and now it must be very oily. I will post their conclusion later

No probs since the pipe and MAF replacement. I have checked the area on every occasion for oil leak, spray etc but none.. 2 weeks ago, i have done a 420 miles trip. No probs. Car is good, mpg is okay (4.7 l/100 km@90 kmh with 4 adult 2 kids and a full boot). When i checked the engine there, i saw this . The pipe in front of the replaced pipe is oily. No change at the oil level. Oil stands where it stands just before trip . Last week i have done the return trip. No probs. The car is booked for service tomorrow.. Rumour is that Mr Ford is not happy with fusion sales so it will be replaced. New car is Fiesta B-max which is an Smax looking small MPV , a 5 seater with a boot.Notice the reverse opening rear doors. Its quite handsome in the picture. I think Ford will stop producing both fusion and Cmax as we all complaining niggles, creaks, sounds etc. and/or EGR and/or low MPG issues...

To my knowledge, there must be three buttons in front of aircraft style EPB : You can choose sport , comfort, normal .. Edit: Maybe an option only with 2.5 T :wink:

Wowww, well specced car...Will she have EPB with Hill Launch Assist and self levelling suspension ?

I bought 205 55 16 91V hankook K105 Ventus prime tyres for £ 38.5 each. For comparison, same size Continental sport contact2 is for £ 81.90 (Turkey retail prices) Quite a price difference :shock: Hankook is certainly less noisier and more comfortable; but high speed cornering is not as good (but enfough for me) as SC2 imo.

I think sony is worth every penny :) Does 6000 CD have an aux in socket in glovebox (some say so ;) ) I think its a petrol engine.. Sure not :D Being a doctor, i try them to survive. Am i wrong :oops: ? Kerb is the wright word, isnt it? (no dictionary available right now :) ) Both incidents were at low speed but tyres got damaged. Tyre had a puncture from sidewall in the first one. They repaired it. Second hit is even the slighter. No puncture but an incomplete tear on the sidewall again. Suspension or drivetrain whatever it is (we call it "front order" :) ) checked then and found normal. As a precaution i bought 2 new tyres immediately.
