From the spec you said are you sure the total list is £22.5k? Sounds too much to me.

Bit strong tbh mate, taking crap unfortunately is part of the job because as you put it...your the front line! We pay you guys to provide a product same as any shop you go into and when they have supplier problems then I am afraid it is you who take the crap. I work in a service industry where we are reliant upon our suppliers to provide us a product to sell to the consumer, in fact my job is a buyer and even i get crap from the internal sales people because they get it from their customers...I then pass this onto the the supplier. For all those that slate people who buy new, If we didnt buy new then you wouldnt be able to buy second hand! all you would have as an option is those high mileage company cars/lease cars to choose from.

To be honest that is a little bit expensive, that is only a few grand off buying a brand new one.... and with the deals going on i am sure you could get the same spec for about 12.5k. I think you should get them down to 9,500, if not walk away.

Well if they are that disinterested in selling a car then imagine what they would be like if something went wrong with it!

Sorry but i cant believe u traded in the RS for the ST!! Why oh Why oh Why, its not like the performance is better or the ST looks better than the RS!! Not sure you made the right choice in my mind....how much did u get for the RS if you dont mind me asking?

I had this problem, the dealer had to reset the system....... Get them to do that and all will be ok
