same thing happened to me, got RAC to take it directly to dealer, demanded a courtesy car off them until mine was repaired, took two days to fix the problem. They originally said 7 - 10 working days, but when I said I wanted a courtesy car then amazingly it was done within 2.

ah right, spose thats why ive been having the run around from dealers to phone shops to nokia centres. Does anyone have any idea if these cradles are going to become available and if so when? Thanks

thanks for that, got the guy to come and plug the cradle that didnt work as I had heard so many different stories and this guy was adamant that the cr-43 would work....egg on face when he tried to plug it in and it didnt fit.....anyhows, I have been to the dealer and they werent much help....would you happen to know if there is a finis code available for the correct cradle for the nokia 6280 Many thanks

got the cradle form a nokia supplier on advice from the carphonewarehouse, but as I said in previous post, it didnt fit the kit that ford had installed (the bit next to the handbrake). I tried my ford dealer but they said to try a mobile phone shop. If you know where I could get a compatible crade from be much appreciated.

I have the 7" touchscreen sat nav and aslo the premium bluetooth kit. When I hit the phone button then the menu button I get 6 options reject all, bluetooth, delete phone, sms, recieved and dialled. The problem is, sms, recieved and dialled are not highlighted and cant choose them as an option. Does anyone know how to activate this. The phone i have is the nokia 6280 and it works fine. I was told to buy a cradle and this would make it work, tried the nokia cr-43 but this would not connect to the port pre installed in the car due to different sizes. Any help would be much appreciated

Your not the only one, I had a 1.6 Ti-Vct and exactly the same thing happened, lost power steering and all the fluid was draining away on the road, car went away on the back of a RAC van. Demanded a courtesy car off fords while they were repairing it which they obliged with 2 days later car was fixed and had no probs with it since, although I dont own it anymore have a 2.0 tdci 4 door

Hi all I have recently bought a new phone, the nokia 6280, and thought I might as well get the new Focus with Premium bluetooth kit to go with it. Does anyone know wher I can get hold of a compatible crade for this phone so I can get all features working, I have the touch sceen sat nav unit too, so im under the impression that if I get the cradle I will be able to access all my contacts via the screen. Any ideas?

Hi all new to FFOC, ordered a new focus last month still waiting for delivery so thought better join in advance :D, Ordered a 1.6 TI-VCT Ghia, panther black with premium bluetooth kit and single sony mp3 cd, all for a great price of £11,350, on priv, was wondering if anyone has had any deals as good as this or better, as originally I was quoted £12,440 for no extras apart from met paint. Cheers
