my mk1 focus did this all the time and so does my new mk2. dont mind taking my time getting into reverse to stop the crunching but quite often it just doesnt go and i need to raise the clutch then press again to get it to go....maybe if ford got a massive wave of complaints about it they would try harder in future.

should be under the bonnet .near the grill

focus' attracts all sorts of people, its like the most common car on the road, for obvious reasons. inzor - 21 (on my second focus)

strange how sometihng that improves handling and overall safety of the car puts the insurance up!

LiamX8, 1400! my mk1 was 515£ when i was 20. age must make quit a difference. my mk2 will jump to 1096£ when renual is due in febuary...and if i get eibach springs it will jump to 1750£!!!

DanFox, cool, ur doing alright to afford a focus at ur age, yeh i think its the machined silver Jamz, thanx, might tint theback windows at some point, have a mate who would do it for free! Anto, im 21 aswell, got this car the week after my birthday. petrol, ps3 games, dvds and drink drain my cash, need to cut back on spending to save up for mods. colour coding will be done in the next month i think.

already considering colour coding along the doors and around the fogs and the top of the rear bumper and spoiler, have u colour coded yours? set u back much£££? not sure wot to go for inside the car, was thinking dvd and 6disc cd but the dvd would only be used while sat at mcdonalds at the weekend so reconsidering that. also thot about eibach 30mm springs but insurance wants to add 700£ to my renual just for that, wrote off my mk1 focus a month ago which got rid of my 3 1/2 years no claims.

hey, just joined ffoc and just bought my 1.6l mk2 focus 115. just thot ide say hi and get a few minor mod suggestions...nothing insurance related as i just lost my no claims bonus (RIP MK1) can any1 sugest some minor and cheapish mods worth doing? also, can some1 tell me how to insert and image? cheers.[/img]
