  1. The Astra 1.9 CDTi 150 remapped to 190bhp and over 300lb torque should do him nicely. If I was going for a Diesel it would one of these over a Focus.
  2. I know all estates have the 12v socket in the boot so the loom may be there tucked up behind a panel. Sorry not much help but worth a look.
  3. Straight swap I'm sure. Bumper Fogs Fog surrounds It will look wierd unless you have a dual exit exhaust like the ST though. Maybe the facelift rear would suit better or even the Zetec S rear.
  4. Very nice and good colour choice. As I said in another thread, lose the chrome badges on the rear as it cleans it up nicely.
  5. Nice now just lose the badges and your set.
  6. It's just to keep everyone guessing. The grill shape indicates that the mule is testing the new engine out.
  7. Yes, they are the projector/turning lights. I will lock them in the straight ahead position. So basically standard chrome/black halogen headlights don't need the height level adjuster?
  8. If I buy new headlights and the headlight adjuster doesn't work will it fail an MOT?
  9. to 60 maybe but mid-range will be a differenc affair I think.
  10. If you have the square Ford stereo like I have above then you just need a single Din apapter for the hole. You attach the cage for the new headunit to the adapter and slide the stereo in. If you have the Oval Ford stereo then you need to buy the facsia for the square stereo then do as above. Should take 15-20mins tops to change.
  11. Ford ones are just as good as the rest. Flatblades are pretty much all the same you just pay for the name.
  12. I'll do it later, I've had a bad day.
  13. Nice one, they do look superb. Are they easy enough to align youself if need be?
  14. 8) ehh I mean I don't condone this behaviour.
  15. The way the weather is up here it'll be on all the time soon.
  16. Suppose my Ghia came loaded as standard. 8)
  17. There is no need to hack anything. You can buy a double DIN surround that simply clicks into place, install the cage and push the stereo in. What are you hacking?
