  1. clearly i'm just paranoid - in my opinion, if a thief walks by and notices a car, which has done low mileage, it would be a worth while opportunity (me thinks anyway, clearly the only person - i'll stop moaning now :) ). On a sensible note – why enough would anybody require the back light to stay iluminated for 30 mins + - beats me! I’ll agree to disagree - stupid feature though  Also, i'm not the only person being picky - look at all the posts about a missing titanium badge -
  2. I think I was more upset about the explanation given to me from the mechanic (monkey) at the Ford dealership. If it's not a known problem at Ford then they cannot fix it let alone even have a look at it. I appreciate it is only a very minor issue but I've read past forum messages where people have had this corrected, which is the annoying part. In my opinion it is a fault! Why enough do I want the trip computer to be illuminated for 30 minutes!
  4. I have a titanium, which came with no badges. I gave my car a good clean on Sunday morning to find a Focus badge sitting inside my glove compartment.
  5. Thanks for your reply I'll give the dealer a call tomorrow. Good choice of colour and model! :)
  6. Hi everyone! I came across this forum by accident while surfing the web for useful information regarding the new focus. Impressed by the information and advice in the forums I’ve been hooked ever since and decided to join up. After what can only be described as a nightmare I finally picked up my new Focus on Saturday. I bought a Titanium 1.6 Ti-VCT in Machine Silver, which came with 17" 5 spoke alloys - looks absolutely stunning! I am really pleased with it. I've noticed some peculiar behaviour with the trip computer. After turning off the ignition and locking the vehicle, I noticed the
