White always has been a bit of a pain to colour match, especially over metal and plastic bases. However that's not a colour match issue, that's the tin of grey paint someone picked up and used accidentally.

The admin offices used to me Trafford House in Basildon and the engineering dept was Dunton, Laindon, Essex. That's certainly where a lot of the european directors used to be.

Never had much trouble swapping between auto and manual myself. I think the problem with left foot braking ina manual is that the brake pedal isn't in line with the left foot so it makes it a lot more awkward.
