Hi Guys Im gonna be part-ex'ing my 1.6 ti-vct soon. Was tempted to get the same engine in the new focus but have been thinking about the 2.0 petrol engine. I would really appreciate hearing from anyone with this engine about things such as 1. What us the actual fuel consumption like. (I do mostly town driving) ? 2. Is it a good engine, will i notice a big difference from the ti-vct ? 3. The ti-vct is smooth, is the 2.0 a noisy engine ? 4. Is it worth the extra £800 ish dfference in price between the ti-vct Sorry about all the questions and thanks in advance for your replies. Cheers G

Hi guys Just looking in the new 2005/6 brochure for the focus and one of the options is a "styling pack", its on page 48. It includes body colour spoiler and grill surround and 17 inch wheels. I know its not available yet but does anyone know how much?? local dealer doesnt seem to know yet. Think the body coloured grill surround would make a nice touch. Thanks in advance Leigh

I rang my local garage and they told me (if i remember correctly) that it was £325 for the single mp3 unit. I didnt even bother finding out the fitting costs, Ill just have to do without until I get and ST2 !!!! Hopw this helps Leigh

Hello and happy new year. I have a small problem. Got a small paint chip on my new 2005 focus. Its quite deep, exposing the white underneath. My car is panther black. I was wondering if anyone could recommend how to get this fixed. Should i take it to the dealers (do i need the paintcode) or should i buy a touch up pen (if so which one would you recommend). Hi just a quick one. On the ford website the focus car configurator gives a new engine option as 1.8 FLEXI FUEL. does anyone know what this is, how it works and how good it is???. Its a few hunderd quid more that the 1.6 ti-vct. Thanks in advance Leigh

Hi, Im looking to part ex/sell my focus to upgrade to another model. I would really appreciate anyones help on what i would get for my focus if I part ex'd it at the dealers and/or if i was to sell it privately. I have a 3-door zetec climate in panther black. Its 1.6 ti-vct with 17"alloys. it currently has 4000 miles on the clock but will have about 5000 when im looking to sell. Its an 05 plate registered in march Its in top-notch condition, with not a mark on it. Any ideas/indications would be much appreciated.

Hi. After the heavy rain today ive noticed water coming into the car. It was dripping through onto the drivers seat. Only a couple of drops. Dont know whether I fancy putting my car in for that type of repair though. Leigh

Hi, You only get air conditioned glove box on ghia and titanium. hope this helps Leigh
