  1. I have MK2 Petrol ( 2.0L ). Somehow Radiator fan is not working ( as far as I know it never was... ..since I bought it year ago ). So the first step was to check the fuse... then to look for relay. Fuse is OK, but there is no relay for the fan in the engine fuse box! ( contacts are not connected ). I had a look in Haynes manual and diagram shows that there are 3 wires going to the fan +12V, Ground, signal from ECU. So I assume that relay is fitted in the fan. How can I check the fan? Any idea what is the voltage of "SIG" from ECU? is it just 12V for the relay? I've checked engine te
  2. No comments? So it looks like it is quite unique experience then :) I was hoping that someone will argue or will say that one of my cars is f....d.
  3. Hi all, I would like to share my experience and seek some advice from fellow petrol fans :D Basically between me and my girlfriend we share two cars: Mk2 ( 05 Reg 73K Miles ) Black Titanium 2.0 Petrol 3 door. Mk2.5 ( 08 Reg 32K Miles) Black Titanium 2.0 Petrol 5 door. What I’ve notice so far: Mk2 Pros: - Half Leather seats are more comfy than full leather - Cup holders are practical ( deep enough to hold drink ) those in Mk2.5 are useless! - ESP as a button is much easier to access then menu item in trip computer - Power!! Feels like it is 0.5 tone lighter than my MK2.5 much
