I like your constructive comments! Firstly, I do like the Focus ST, otherwise I wouldnt own one! With the money I spent on buying the Focus ST I could afford a Focus RS, but I didnt, I chose the Focus ST. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions so some might prefer the look of the RS some might prefer the look of the ST. In my personal opinion I because the wide arches and road presense I prefer the look of the RS. Yes the ST beat the RS around the ring, but I wouldnt expect anything less, you are comparing a 2.5ltr turbo vs a 2.0ltr turbo, so the ST will have more power at top speeds

Dont get me wrong, I never said the ST looked ugly or anything of the sort, I am merely stating the ST doesnt look worlds apart from any other MKII Focus. I wouldnt own one if I thought they were ugly! :)

The Fiesta RS and Focus RS were not "scrapped" as such, I would say they were "shelved" whilst Ford TeamRS finished the Fiesta ST, Focus ST, SAV & the Mondeo ST, after those projects are finished, who knows if they will look on the shelf again? :)

I find with my new ST, when you get the "red area" on the rev's dial, thats the ideal time to change!

It just gives a red glow over the gearstick & handbrake. A gimmick really, I dont really even notice it!

Mine whistles all the time & u hear the turbo spooling! I love the sounds!!:)
