No not a common fault is that, mainly just the EGR VALVE which you cannot tell if it's Clogged but you need to check if it has a DPF, better without it like as they need changing every 75000 and there bit expensive

HID KIT yes however 55w is the best, those are 35w also 6000k is the best too, and the diesel chip hell no, that will destroy your engine, if you want a chip you have to be willing to fork out, I got a bluefin with are just plug in and go and you can take it on and off when u want, it also adds MPG and makes your engine run smoother and tonnes quicker but they are around £350

What is the best way in spraying the washer jets yourself so that you don't clog the hole up, for the new mk3 jets that's is the mist/spray one.

Yeah thats what i did, pretty easy to do, takes about 20 mins if you have the tools ready, all you need is a hair dryer or heat gun and a stanley knife, i did the full lot including the centre console, just when you do it, which most people mess up on, that all the carbon effect lines are going in the same direction, i'll quickly get a picture sorted for you

Well to fit the twin exhaust for the ST convertion you have to smash the spare tyre holder in from below to make it fit but you can weld another pipe onto the existing one but then one will blow more than another so you can tell or you can do it the way I have done it

Yeah the mk2 aux us in the glove box, most people just remove the glove box and rewire into the centre hole just below the radio and heaters but you can pritty much put it where you want as long as the wire is long enough, I wasn't fussed as I got Bluetooth head unit, the centre console is easy to remove in and out, am not sure on how to remove the glove box but am sure someone will post a comment pritty soon.
