    Yeah, it's at http://www.etis.ford.com but I don't think they will let anyone sign up as normal customer. But then I haven't tried... so if you do manage to sign up, do let us know. :)

    Nope. They went online based, so there's no updated CD/DVD for newer model.

    Even if you do get it fitted, I think it must be inspected by DVLA or MOT tester or whoever does it. Not 100% sure.

    That would mean the pump is not actually opening up the clutch Get it looked at otherwise the clutch will wear out more as it rubs more.

    You remove it using your teeth ;) There is a HOWTO somewhere here I think

    Keep your eyes on the injections, but it should be fine. I recallw atching a programe on TV (Top Gear?) about what happens if you put unleaded fuel in and then flushing it out and refilling with diesel and the car was fine.
