If EGR valve disabled on 1.6 TDCi, do we have any power gain? Some VW technicians said that, when the EGR valve disabled (dull) Caddy TDi (105 hp version) it gains 25 hp. Is it possible on C-Max 1.6 TDCi 110 hp?

Trend is very similar with Zetec. Just 1 or 2 point is different. for ex. Trend hasn't got alarm and alloys.

Because Trend GEM module does not support Xenon. If you want to do that retro, you need this jumper. But, Ghia GEM module is supporting that option. My 2 firend are do it, them C-MAx is Ghia. They did not need to connect that pins.

Push menu button for 3 seconds. There is different selections. You can adjust new level.. ( I do it on 2006 C-Max CD 6000)

General wiring, EATC control module, antenna wiring and control units are different. You can order that parts fm Otosan but it's really expensive. When I was ask prices, cost is more then 6500 TRL (incl. tax).

ABS sensors already counting turing of tires, motor is drive by wire, that should be with software.. But I need to know, is it any option on WDS.

Hello I've '06 C-Max 1.6TDCi Trend. I don't have traction control on my car. Is it possible to add that? I already change GEM module with Ghia's because of cruise control modification. Is it possible to adding traction control by WDS or any other tool? What is the way? Note: In Turkish market ESP is an pocket option. So, brake assist + TCS+ ESP comes with safety pocket. When I buy may C-Max, I did not buy that option.

Me to do that mod. I bought switches, plug it, but it does not works on '06 1.6 TDCi. Cables are already assembled. I configured GEM with in WDS. It was work but light is not. And, it is functional on just 4th and 5th gears. Today, I changed GEM module (behind passenger airbag) with Focus II Ghia's. Then re-configured with WDS. It's working at the moment. Lamp is lighting on instrument cluster. It functional all gears after 50 km/h (~ 30 miles)

Yes when I bought my C-Max it's already mounted. They uninstall it in 10 minutes. I dont want that because of I will never need that. So I dont wanna pay.. :lol: That part number is just for roof rails.

Yes, as x-rayted said, it's official ford accesories and you may order all european countries with that finish code (1315202). My friend has been ordered with that part nr on december from Germany.

Ford doesn't sells just headlight case. It's completely selling. When u buy headlight, it comes with balast and bulbs. If UK selling rules is different then here, you may use any D2S bulb and balast. Gen3 balasts is same as Gen4 physical. U may use Gen3 balast. U may find it all aftermarket shops. Original bulbs is 4100K. 6000 K is more blue colour then 4100K. All OEM headlight comes with 4100K bulbs. Not: Gen3 balast includes igniton unit on one case. But Gen4 balast does not includes ignition unit. That is different part on Gen4 systems. Mercedes-Benz C cllasse also uses Gen4 ballast

If you aplicate it to halogen reflector Gen4 ballasts is not easy solution. You know gen4 ballasts has a ignition unit behind of bulb. You cannot fix it to reflector. The best solution is Gen3 ballasts and D2R bulb on reflectors. I dont know where can you buy it in UK. I'm from Turkiye.

I like my ford.. I like blue oval. Who cares about unimportant problems. If you like Skoda (or what ever you want) thats your choise... I respect it but I blieve that; car is not just a vehicle.. If I dont like it, I dont care about how much payyed or how it is strong..

Her mother sometimes finding food on back.. :D - Yes that hole for balast connector. Actually headlight case is same as xenon. Just reflector part and cable network is different. - Ford uses Hella Gen4 balasts. - Why not? But UK law is different from Turkiye. If its permitted, u may install that. - Electric network is capable to install xenon. I did not change anything on network. Fuse even same as xenon.

Actually, there is two motor. First one is pumping front windshield and rear glass cleaner. That is two way DC motor. That is using all C-Maxes. You may see below standart washing system of C-Max. Blue rail is front washer, green rail is back washer. And two way DC motor is inside of red circle. But u may see in first draw, situated another side of washer drum. You may see onother motor in red circle(Part number=13K082). That is using just pumping water to headlight. That is independent than other.. Thats what bought. Aaaand she is my princess :)

I just need DC motor. When I found a motor, I will modified my washers drum. Electric connection is not problem for me. I will paralel jumper from back washer jet motor.
