I have to admit I find my ST extremely quiet to drive, at 80 its quiet as a mouse. I drove my brothers Ghia Estate and found that quiet too. Maybe I have been spoiled?

Fair point, but I always thought if you can afford a Merc why would you choose a diesel one? same for the ST in my humble opinion.

Why would you want one, surely the point of the ST is the power? its not built for economy .....

Strange, when I bought the ST put a grand down as deposit, dealer registered in the week, paid the rest following Saturday. I suppose if I decided I did not want the car, after he had registered I would have kissed good bye to my grand .....

I bought the lights today from Ford I think they were about 3 quid for the pair, fitted them in the Ford car park. Brilliant, they auto dim too !! I am so proud, its not much to many people but for me thats a brilliant thing ! The man at Ford had trouble finding them cause on his database they were not on but he came through with flying colours, this is the part number I used ELB 501 81 AG13465 AA This forum is marvelous !

Scott I am not very good with cars ! so I apologise for asking again, but I have the new ST, so I want clear 501 bulbs is that correct? Sorry for being a numb n*ts ! thanks Kev

What bulbs do I need to buy? Just the ordinary ones please? for an ST thanks Guys appreciated
