Hi, I was thinking about lowering my Ford Focus 1.8 TDCi Sport. If I get my local dealer to fit how much will it cost it total approx? 1358918 Eibach All Diesel Engines ( not suitalble for use with self levelling suspension ) £134.17 Will I need to tell my insurance company with it being a Ford mod? Hi, Will take it into the dealer next week and see what they say. If I look at it from the join at eye level its still miles out. I just cannot be bothered with arguements at the minute, so I hope they but it right for me. Does anyone know how to work out the build date, and which factory it was made in? Apart from the paint match the car is lovely. After only 300 miles I am getting 52mpg...Hopefully that will improve even more. Regards Baz

Hi, Its a £400 option on a new Focus. I got one in my Focus, and its a great CD player. I have seen them make £250 on Ebay. However I believe you need to get Ford to match the radio to the car, otherwise it doesnot work correctly. I am sure the Clock doesnot show. It also needs a funny shaped removal tool. regards Baz

Hi, I just cannot make up my mind. Some days it looks worse than others. If I look at it from some angles the paint match looks perfect. and Does this look like an acceptable paint match in Tonic? Best Regards Baz

Hi, I have just bought a Sport in Tonic. The front bumper is an eye sore but the rear bumper is a better match. I spotted it when I picked the car up, but looking at others on the forecourt it didnot look so bad. I have had it 8 days now, and everytime I look at it I feel sick as it stands out so much. I have spend a lot of hard earned money on it (Spend threre years working and saving for this) and really believe I deserve better quality. Do people think I could get it corrected still? Hi, Remember to tell your insurance company. If he decides it was your fault 2 years down the line and tries to claim compo your insurance company wont help. Someone ran into the side of my dads car when he was parked up. A policeman saw it happen and he still had problems for years. Hopefully everything will turn out okay... Regards Baz

Hi, In the new Ford Focus brochure it says the mini spare wheel is to be replaced with a tyre inflator kit for the ST. How long before the standard focuses go the same way. I just wouldnot feel comfortable driving without a spare. Last time I had a tyre wall break up and it came of the rim on one edge. I dont believe the tyre inflator kit would have rescued me. Baz

Hi, Can You extend the warranties on Fords past 3 years or 60k if you buy new? My fiesta is on 58k and I wanted to keep my New Focus for 4- 5 years. Local dealer says no for business use. What about private use? Best regards Barry

Hi, All Zetecs are 110 Models....Only on lower spec is the 90 normally sold. I would double check the log book anyway incase. Very Nice to drive and I am sure you will like it. I couldnot believe now smooth they are. Regards Barry
