Had the car checked by a different dealer two weeks ago, they diagnosed the passenger door lock at fault and replaced it under warranty, been on holiday with it and no further problems so far......

Not had any problems with the battery, but one to remember thanks. Previous dealer didnt say anything about last triggers being logged, thanks Mastertech. Now got it booked into a different dealer so will see what they can come up with.

I recently bought a 9 month old Petrol 1.6 Zetec, C Max. It suits my needs and got a good deal on it. It’s got some of the rattles etc mentioned on this forum. The main problem is the alarm going off for no reason, averaging once every two days with no pattern of events either, ie anytime of day or night, wet, dry, hot or cold, parked at home or at work etc. It’s the standard factory fitted perimeter alarm (as on most Zetecs?). Took it back to the dealers, they replaced the Gems? Module under warranty, three weeks have passed without fault, now its started again three times in three days (incl
