I'm looking to replace my zetec in December. with a used ST2.(one that's a few months old." tops" ) in white, by the sounds of it i'll have a good chance of getting one :wink: i like someone else to drive it off the forecourt :lol: Then hold onto it for 4 or 5 years, i've had my zetec 5years (x reg and it's done under 40k. roll on December. or sooner if a white one comes to my attention :wink:

I was in my local Ford Dealers today."Glasgow" and had a chat with the salesman. who told me that they have sold EIGHT ST3 in two day's :shock:" Ive booked myself a test drive." They have the ST2 on display in the showroom. and i must say. i'm in love :oops:

Isn't hindsight a wonderful gift..... :wink: Like i said Kevin, I thought it was a case of just screw the old one off and srew the new one on, It's only a Ford gear knob after all.. I think it's safe to say. had i knowing that Ford had changed the thread on the New focus..... :( i wouldn't have bothered. :wink: But hey..... we're hear to learn, :lol:

I bought this gear knob. thinking it was a case of screw the old one off, and screw this one on :roll: But no! It's not a straight replacement. for the gear knob on my X reg focus. Back to the drawing board.. The New focus gear knob. won't or can't connect with the thread on the gear stick.....

Ah...... Come on Bryan You're not seriously expecting folk to reply to your strange request... :shock: why don't you hire/buy the new focus. and find out for yourself..(just an :idea:
