:roll: That is for sure... Ford should give cars "The Donegal Test" during development....! :lol: The matter that the boys are sore on the van comes into effect as well.... As far as stone chips are concerned she is peppered with them. This comes from tailgating trucks and stuff... She needs about €1k spent on her to bring her to a decent condition... :shock: If you have mudflaps, keep your hand on the inside door handle in windy conditions, dont tailgate and drive sensibly you should have none of these issues with a Mk2 :wink:

Gents Just a heads up for you Mk2 owners ... We have an '05 Mk2 Focus Van from brand new. The boys have not been looking after it too well in fairness. It hardly gets washed and has approx 100k miles on it. We have had 3 turbo pipes put on it and a few calibrations carried out. Nowt major..! But the bodywork has suffered. The front mudflaps fell off and were not replaced. The result is rust at the back lower edge of both front wings and back lower edge of both doors. The drivers door check strap broke and the door hit the wing .. the back bumper is hanging out on the drivers side. H
