  1. The radio I have in my 2004 C-Max is the standard CD one and it measures 230 x 120 mm, The double din standard as far as I can tell is 180 x 100 which indicates one would fit with the correct face plate. There are also quite a few other posts on this forum with photo's showing both a single din radio and a single din amp in place of the CD player, So I can't see why one wouldn't fit, That's partly why I'm trying to gather a little real information from people who have actually fitted one or failed to fit one.
  2. Thanks for the info donovan2123, I was thinking about that idea myself but wasn't sure whether the size would still be double din. Look forward to your photo's.
  3. Just wondering if anyone has fitted a double din car stereo into their C-Max. I'm looking at this option as I feel it would look better than a single din radio in one of the fascia panels with pockets underneath. Connects 2 have a double din fascia CT23FD01A which they indicate will be compatible with the Ford C-Max. Has anyone used this fascia, or a different model in their C-Max. Any information before I purchase anything would be greatly appreciated, As would any photo's of what the final install would look like from someone who has already installed one or something similar. Thanks,
  4. Does anyone know the current retail price for the Sony MP3 Head unit for the C-Max from a Ford Dealer, Also how much should I be charged if I want it set up correctly with the wds. I'm quite happy to fit the unit myself.
