Have had another look and can not see any way of getting the existing bulb out of the fog lamp. Does nobody know whether it is possible ?

Perhaps im not being as clear as I ought to be. I have no problem in getting the fog light out. I have taken the 2 screws on either side out and the fog light comes out fine. I am now in the situation where I need to take the back off the light so I can get to the bulb to replace it. The problem is, is that I cant find out how to get the back off. Does anyone know ?

Sounds good, but the problem I need the answer to is how to acutally get into the fog light unit iteself, as I cant find any screws or clips to undo that would then allow me to get to the bulb ? Does anyone know how to do it ?

I have checked the online handbook and it says you cant seperate the bulb from the bulb holder. Does this mean I cant change the bulb ? Anyone got any ideas ?

Hi, Thanks for the help guys. Jamz - I know how to take the headlights out but im talking about the fog lights. The ones at the bottom of the car. I have also taken those out, but cant seem to find a way how to remove the bulb and replace it with a brighter one. Do you know how to get the back off the fog lamp so I can replace the bulb ?

Not so much performace, but just a brighter xenon type bulb. Not HID or anything like that, just the whiter type of bulb filled with xenon gas. I have got the fog lights out but cant find a way to get to the bulb. If you could tell me how I get in to change the bulb I would be grateful. Thanks.

Hi, Does anyone know where those resister chips go that are supposed to increase your performance by 25BHP ? I bought one off ebay and it says it need to go onto the oxygen sensor but I dont know where that is. Thanks.

Hi Guys, Yesterday I fitted some front fog lights to my MK2 Focus LX and today when I have come to open up the car bonet it just wont open. Yesterday I did have the front grill off and both headlights out, but I put them all back just as they were found. I have also had the AA out who have been unable to get the bonet open either. Basically, I put my key into the key hole under the Ford Badge and turn it to the left, usually it makes a click and then I turn it right and lift the bonet. It isnt even making the click so I dont know what the hell is wrong. Does anyone have any ideas ?

Thanks for all that info guys. 1 more thing, once i get the key cut to my car, is all i then have to do is pair it with the car by turning the key in the ignition from stage 1 to stage 2 four times and then pressing unlock ?

Thanks for the reply guys. I have the steering wheel with the cruise buttons taken from a Ghia, but how would I know whether the loom is there or not ? It is only an LX so I would guess that it isnt. Anyone know for sure ?

Hi Guys, I currently have an MK2 Focus LX and have just upgraded the standard LX Steering Wheel that it came with to the Ghia Steering Wheel that is a 4 spoke chrome wheel with cruise control buttons. Was just hoping someone would be able to tell me whether this alone will give the car cruise control or whether anything else needs to be done in order for the cruise control buttons on the new steering wheel to work ? Hope you can help,
