Getting slightly concerned, EGR appears to have failed for 3rd time, car has 3 months warrantly left (C-Max 2.0 TDCi 54 Plate)..... Armed with all information I have found on this site, I intend to challenge the dealer to provide the modified EGR (VIN permitting). Does anyone know if with a recurrent issue that isn't satisfactorily fixed under warranty then Ford or local dealer has offered an extended warranty?? don't like the idea of paying £400 more for another year, just to cover a £150 EGR repair??
