  1. Well apparently i checked up on it and an acid bath is supposedly a good process, sounds harsher than it actually is. It was explained to me as 'a facial for a car' exfoliating !. And yeah cherry it's all over the bonnet, roof and top of the tailgate. just got it back today looks gleaming, but i'm reserving judgement at the moment.
  2. Has anyone had the same Problem ? since the age of 18 i've owned 11 fords ranging from fiesta's to Focus ST170. I've just bought a 56 plate 1.6 Ti-Vct Ghia with a paint problem. i noticed small spots of rusting, and after having it in and out of the dealers i got an independant specialist to look at it, and the problem is industrial fallout ! i'm told the vehicle has either been stored near a railway, or transported by train, causing hotmetal sparks to go airborn and stick to the paint. The cars currently at the dealers and i'm told today that its had an acid bath ! removing all impurities fro
