Help, I ordered the Connects2 package to connect the Sony Autochanger to the 6000CD head unit in the C-Max (prior to them being withdrawn). The unit crashed regularly requiring head unit removal to fix it. I complained to the place where I purchased it thinking it was a loose connector to the radio. They told me to return the cable so I did, keeping the interface box and the cable to the autochanger. They then told me that connects2 had withdrawn the unit becuase of software problems and that I need to return the rest of the stuff for a refund. When I came to remove the head unit to
