Also just realised that the 'Voice' button on the steering wheel mounted stick doesn't work, so probalby as you suggested. Thanks for the help! Paul

Hi, I've got an 06 C-max which has the Sony Single CD/MP3 player installed in it, along with the Factory fitted Bluetooth handsfree kit. Up till recently have had NO problems, but now when I push the 'Phone' button, the screen shows 'Audio Muted' and when I try to discover the 'Ford Audio' connection on my phone it cannot find it anymore. No matter what I do I cannot get rid of the 'Audio Muted' message, when I push the phone button. As I said, worked fine for ages, now this. Any help much appreciated! Cheers Paul
