Well they still have my car and hoping to get it back friday. They have replaced all the suspesion leg including knuckle joints and bits plus the faulty brake disk and pads on the offside. They also noted that the EGR valve was faulty and that that is being sorted also. neuty

Ok . I've took your advice and spoke to the Customer Relationship Centre ,had my refrence number and the car is now booked in at Ford on the 8/7/08. Thanks all I will update soon. neuty

Hi all I have a very serious problem. I got my Focus Ghia 2.0 TDCI 56 plate in July 07 from a Ford Direct Dealer .I must say i love the car. The Abs became faulty within a month or two and was quickly fixed under warranty.A couple of months later same again with a grinding noise too ,and this time it required a new wheel bearing due to some slack .When i came to wash the car on the weekend i spotted that there was circular mark on my Brake disk.I spoke to the garage and was basicly fobbed off ,but i could not prove that it wasnt there before and that i could have got dirt or a pebble in it.I

Thanks for the quick response's. I think i must have the basic bluetooth kit fitted with mine unless i am doing something completley wrong. How can i tell which kit is fitted. thanks neuty My car is a 56 plate ghia with the little face lift eg:the indicators in the mirrors and the painted eyebrows above the fog lights if this helps.

Thanks Yorkshire pudding . I am not getting any of those options you speak of.All i get is up or down buttons only , left and right don't do anyting. Is there different bluetooth for the focus neuty

Is it possible to access the phone book contacts via the car as all i get is the calling number and nothing else. I would like to have the callers name if possible .
