Thanks Bob So are you saying i can open/close doors and arm/disarm alarm with one fob off ebay, it is my understanding the imobiliser is only armed/disarmed with the coded key turning the ignition on or off not with remote transponder. Keith

Would the three button fob on ebay be able to be programmed to arm/disarm the car alarm as well as open the doors ? Keith

Hi Guys I have just bought a Cmax 2.0 Tdci 05 model, but the seller only had one key not the remote control key, so it is a pain having to unlock drivers door and turn key in ignition to switch alarm off when i might want to just access the boot, i have heard it costs big bucks to get a new remote and programed from ford, anyone one with any ideas please Cheers Keith :D
