Hi Thanks for that, We spoke with the used cars sales manager yesterday and he is going to speak to the service department on monday and then gives us a ring back. we currently have TOTAL EPB FAILURE and some times it flashes ENGINE SYSTEMS FAULT and wont start. But we have no choice but to drive it cause they wont give us a curtesey car as they have to be booked 14 days in advanced!!! Like you know your car is going to breakdown!!! Anyway thanks for all the info and will keep you posted. :x

Hi All, We bought a used cmax 2005 ghia 2ltr diesel 2 weeks ago, since having it it has broken down twice (battery gone flat) so AA towed us back to ford garage and in the process didnt shut bonnet and it fliped up cracking the windscreen and buckling the bonnet, AA said it was alternator. ford Said just battery so when it brokedown the following morning they changed the alternator. this week has been awful it has been back to ford every other day with Steering assist failure. total EPB failure, which was all supposidly fixed when we picked it up last night, then when we got into the drive,
