Hi again Thanks for all your responses, I managed to get round to checking under the bonnet today and there are no loose grommets and the drivers door seals seem ok, so I think patrickjr and L.M.A.O suggestion is next, if not then I think I will have to run it in to our local Ford Dealers and see if they can sort it for me, thanks for all your input and will let you know if I happen to find this air con pipe or if the local dealer had to fix it. Hi Andy Thanks for your quick response, i've owned the car since new (just over 3 yrs old) and as long as i've had it there has been no windscreen replacement, but i will definately get under the bonnet later on today to check for any loose gromets. Will let you know if i find any. Thanks again

Hi Guys Glad I found this forum, I have a 1.8 Ghia C-max, a few weeks ago I was hoovering the car when I noticed that the drivers side floor was soaking wet, as I had the car through one of those high power jet washes I thought that the water must have found its way in somewhere, I never gave it much thought until I was hoovering the car this morning and the floor is still soaking wet, only this time it hasn’t been near any car washes or jet washes, the rest of the carpets are dry just the drivers side is wet. Hope one of you guys or girls can shine some light on this for me. Thanks in
