38.3 mpg currently on my 1.8 Zetec

Surely there is something in the manual (which I have not got) that lets you reset the GPS system? You cant take it back to the dealer everytime the sats lose track of you? I'm pretty sure it is not a loose cable because it tracks me moving and the sat icon in the left corner is there.

I've got the touch screen sat nav on my c-max and I got a problem with it. Unfortunately I didn't receive an instruction manual for this piece of kit so I need your advice guys! Ford technical support are useless! The gps system has basically lost my location and doesn't seem to lock on or track my position anymore, rendering it useless. I have tried 'relocate' in the calibration screen but this does nothing to improve matters. It seems like there is no communication with the satellites whatsoever. Any ideas? I presume I need to do a total reset/reboot of the system somehow.

Hi everyone, this is my first post on here. Just sold my MG ZT 190 to buy an October 2003 C-Max 1.8 Zetec. Got a young family now so thought it was time to change and get something a little more practical. First impressions are very good with the car, although I miss the power of the ZT. The touchscreen DVD Sat Nav is in a different league to the MG's however. Now for my question. Does an Oct 03 1.8 Zetec have ISOFIX fittings as standard? The handbook (which is dated 05/03) states that it has, although when I called Ford technical support they were unsure. I'm sure this topic has been co
