I've been driving my new Focus 2.0 TCDI Zetec climate in Panther Black for 2 weeks now and have to say I am in love with it. I know I am probably tempting fate here but I cannot find a fault with it. I have previously driven a fiesta;peugeot 106, 206 and 306 gti;Rav 4;Clio 1.6 16v and can honestly say that this is by far my favourite. Hi Have had my new focus for 2 weeks now and am very pleased with it. The only slight niggle I have is the positioning of the screws that hold the front and rear number plates on. They seem set too close to the middle and with the curved surface consequently stick out at the ends rather than lie flat. I mentioned this to the dealer and he said that the holes in the front and back are pre drilled and when the number plates are attached during the pre-delivery inspection they have to go in that position.He also suggested using double sided sticky tabs, which I have tried, but to no effect. Hi Tony Yes it comes with 4 front and 4 rear...I know it plays mp3 cd's but as i say the real reason was to be able to plug my mp3 player in easily which gives me access to my entire cd collection 100 + albums + assorted downloaded music files. Good to know the sound is good... Stef

Hi All, I have ordered a 2L tdci zetec climate in panther black with sony single cd audio unit-expected delivery date 23rd july. I'm eagerly counting down the days now and reading through all the topics here for any useful bits of info. It makes great reading and I enjoy seeing pics of peoples new mk2's . Just one question though...I opted for the sony audio unit mainly because of the aux. input in the glovebox into which I will be plugging my mp3 player (40 gb) but what is the quality of the unit..speakers etc. Would it otherwise be worth the upgrade.
