  1. I think all is well in my Ford world now, oh yeah! I bought some half price Simoniz foam stain remover from tesco yesterday and 2 cleans later the stain on the passenger seat has disappeared. Result. I feel like I've wiped away the memory of bad garage service, that's a good feeling. I've worked out the random bright flashing of the red led display only happens when this is turned to the dimmest setting. So probably caused by a dodgy component and nothing to worry about.   2. UPDATED! my first Ford garage experience was not the best, Water leak was fixed in two days. Apparently this was a known issue, if so then why did they need the car for two days to "water test" Cruise control is working, I hadn't realised that when you press the "on" button on the steering wheel, nothing happens. Although it is now on you only get indication when you follow the "on" button by pressing one of the other cruise control buttons on the other side of the wheel. oops Random display flashes, could not been seen during 10 miles of testing, as soon as I drove home in the dark, r

  4. HI, My 2009 1.6 TDCI Titanium estate is off to the garage for a couple of warranty repairs. Bought 3 weeks ago, I have the following (hopefully small) problems. Anyone with any thoughts or information on these, or what to watch out for when dealing with warranty repairs, would be appreciated. I'm a bit nervous as it will be my first time dealing with ford garages. There is a small water leak from the rear left roof post air grill. Just a few drips when it's raining.
