Booked car in for the clock fix on Monday but yesterday herd the rear break disc squeeling and I've got the flat spot in 1st gear so I thought I would phone and ask if these could be sorted at the same time and he said no problem just mention it when you bring it in and we will sort out all your issues. And I must admit he was very polite and helpfull. He said they will give me a full report of whats been done and what they do to the car. Its the 2.0 tdci zetec 53 reg and have had the car for two weeks. Got the car from matlock fords Derbyshire and I'm in essex. The repairs are at fords Basil

Hi rocknswivel Got mine the other day from the dealers £19.95 per pair very good snug fit and don't look to bad either. Took about an hr to fit. The reason to buy was looking at the painwork where the mud flaps go, the painwork is chipped and the area was covered in tar spots, thats the main reason to buy is to look after the paint work. As for the drag coefficient of the mud flaps, well its not worth talking about is it. Martyn

Hi guys just joined, and only had the car for a couple of days and am very pleased, but!, the car came with two keys, one which opens and closes with the buttons (not the flick knife type) and the other just a plain key. Now when I open the car with the plain key in the door lock the alarm goes off but with no buttons on this key how are you suppose to turn off the alarm if you get my drift. the only way I can get in the car without the alatm going off is with the key with the buttons on. Hope this makes sence and am sorry if this has been delt with before in the group. Thanks Martyn
