1.6TDCi C-Max Manual I've noticed quite a few postings with mention of squeeks & rattles (S&R) on C-Max's (C-Maxi? - no, maybe not!). I notice it constantly on mine and It's annoying but trying to pin them down is tough. It leaves me with the impression of an unsolidly built car - I mean you don't get this on a VW for instance even though they're both German built. I've been in the engine bay and added s/a foam wherever I see the potential for s&r's but you can only do so much. 1.6TDCi C-Max Manual Went for a service last week and since I have got extreme condensation inside the car on the front windscreen, I mean it's so bad that the air con on windscreen demist with the fan on max and recirc will not touch it, no matter how long you leave it. Can anyone advise if my C-MAX has a connection anywhere for an IPOD? Secondly I am getting a rattle from the front drivers side under the front of the dash - it almost sounds as if it's coming from the wiper linkages under the cowl grille, trouble is I can't get the wipers off the spindles to remove the cowl grille. Has anyone else got the same rattle - if so, am I heading in the right direction? How do I get the blasted wipers off the spindles?! Thanks :roll:
