Hi guys, I have a 2005 mk 2 focus... over the last few days when pulling away fast from junctions etc i get a loud rubbing/grinding sound from the front of the car. Almost like the tyre is rubbing on the arch, but it doesn't seem to be. The car is booked into Ford for tomorrow, after an independant garage didn't know what it was. Im really worried as the car is only a few weeks out of warranty and I'm worried it is something major like drive shaft/gearbox/clutch/engine mounts etc. Anyone got any ideas on what they think it might be to put my mind at rest (or not). Cheers guys. Mine is a 3 door anyway. Just going to do it bit by bit, try and get parts on the cheap. :) I'm guessing I won't have many problems doing it myself eg. bumper will just be bolts etc? Won't need to do any cutting, etc

Hi, Can someone tell me if it is a straight swap from normal zetec bumpers to ST bumpers? E.g, is it possible just to remove the front bumper and bolt on the ST one? I understand new fog lights would be required? Cheers.
