  1. Thanks for the info. guys. Checked the black stuffs this morning and confirmed that it is carbon.
  2. Quick question: I am driving the 2.0 litre petrol Focus and while warming up the engine in the morning, I observed water + black stuffs (couldn't tell if it is carbon or oil) at the ground where the exhaust is facing down. Is this normal?
  3. Guess so, however, the sound is really * * * * me off. At certain situations, pretty reluctant to stress it too much.. Where are the Focuses in UK made? Spain? The ones here are made in Phillipines, similar to the Mazda 3.
  4. Sawadeekrup from Thailand.. The Ford Focus just got launched in Thailand ~2months ago, and the specs are pretty similar to those from Taiwan. I just got myself one and it is on the road for a week or so.. so far, pretty happy with it. the 2.0 version is definitely better and power is still lacking slightly.. Anyways, after couple days of driving, I hear a hissing sound whenever I turn the steering wheel and it is more obvious when turning to the left than right. Right turns are almost silent.. Has anyone have the same experience? Any comments will be greatly appreciated..
