Hi all, I've been getting this error message on my Ghia for months now, it's been in and out of the Ford garage numerous times, they have replaced the switch and sensor and 'tightened' the wiring and told me they have driven it all over without the error, 5 minutes down the road I had the same error again! They are now getting an engineer in to have a look, anyone else had this issue?

Anyone have any issues with the 'automatic wipers' on the C-Max? Had the car for around 3 weeks now but had to put the wipers onto a fast wipe when raining as the rain 'sensor' didn't pick up even when you couldn't see through the windscreen for water? Now realise the dial is for altering the sensitivity but I am sure have had it to both extremes without noticing a big difference? Just need it to rain now so I can make sure! Cheers,

Is there a knack to keeping the cab warm? I've got a Ghia and unless I keep the fan running the cab gets cold pretty quickly, my last car was a peugeot 306 and once the cab was warm it kept that way?

Anyone know if the AUX socket in the glove compartment is an option or not? The brochure/owners guide appears to indicate it's on all cars but I have a 1.8 Ghia and it's not on this model? Annoying as I would have liked to plug my IPOD in! PS Had my car two weeks now and love it!

Hi Anyone know if it's possible to connect an IPOD to the car stereo so you can output through the cars speakers? I thought there was some indication of this in the manual but it mentioned a socket in the glove box (checked and nothing?) but didn't specify it as an option? I've got a 1.8 Ghia? Even if there is another way any help would be greatly appreciated and save me having CD's stacked up in the car.

Went and followed the other link and paid £15 for the set of manuals then my original ones turned up at the dealership so I've not got two sets!! Will have to stick them back on ebay!

North Yorkshire, had a quote from a Ford Dealership yesterday for £156 for the remote key and £106 for the normal key!! Possible good news though, package came for me yesterday and is stuck at the Post Office, could be the 'missing' manuals and key......(typical as I ordered some manuals online yesterday)

Thanks, that's what I had read and colleagues at work also advised it disengages when you pull away, obviously not on this car!

Hi, just purchased a 1.8 Ghia, anyone know if I can either download or purchase a manual from anywhere? The car didn't come with one and I just can't seem to obtain one from anywhere! Also anyone know the costs involved with purchasing a spare key?

Good point, I didn't get any manuals with it hence my query! Should have mentioned that point though :D Can you download manuals from anywhere?

Hi all, just purchased a 1.8 Ghia and I had been led to believe that when you pull up the parking brake automatically comes on and releases when you pull away? At the moment I have to always manually apply the brake, is this correct?
