First problem : Had to do an emergency stop from approx 30 mph. Hit the brake with my right foot and the clutch with my left. Just as the car comes to a halt, I hear a loud crack from the footwell area. Car stopped, I take my feet off the pedals. The brake pedal comes back up, but the clutch pedal remains flat against the bulk head. So, I put the car in neutral, push it to the side of the road and then switch it off. I reach down, grab the clutch pedal and have to use a fair bit of muscle to pull it away from the bulk head - I also find a tiny piece of plastic on the mat. I had a feel a
