We dont have the option of ST-ST2-ST3 in Ireland. All we get is the base ST and everything else is optional extras.....you could easily shell out 50,000 euro for a fully loaded ST so I am trying to keep the cost down (just for road tax its 900) :( Resale should not be an issue as they will be rare enough over here

cheers sm. Obviously i am aware that any fool can go off the road if the driver runs out of talent. What I am asking is do i shell out 1700 quid for ESP option or... day to day do you reckon it can be done without

Hi Lads Does anyone have an ST with no ESP and if so are you likely to end up in a hedge without it? cheers

Hi Lads Here in Ireland we have been told much the same by dealers 8-12 weeks delivery time. They also say that Ford cant cope with the demand. The dealers here were expecting to sell 3-5 ST's each (due to tax and insurance reasons i wont go into on this post) but the dealer I ordered from had 16 on order. He said they came in when expected. Mine may take longer as I got a sunroof.
