When I was part exchaning a car I said I'd get a scratch repaired if I'd get more for it! Was told to leave it as they'd fix it for about £50 where as it could of cost me about £150

Does anyone know if anything is going to be done about this? Maybe Kevin Davies (think thats the name) would be the best one to answer! Only asking as I saw a silver Focus yesterday and the body was silver and, im not joking, when they went to spray the bumber they put the silver away and got grey out!
